Festival Greeter

This is one of the most important volunteer positions, as you become the face of the Festival. You will be greeting patrons at our In the Park series, handing out programs, directing people to performance locations and most importantly, collecting donations. We expect all greeters to bring lots of enthusiasm and help with clean-up at the end of the performances.

Production Assistant

Production Assistants help the Sound Technician and Stage Manager at our In the Park series with setting up, moving and striking technical equipment. No experience is necessary, although being able to lift heavy objects is an asset.

Reception Helper

Our reception is a time of celebration where patrons, sponsors and artists mingle. Reception helpers set-up and clean-up the reception area, ensure food platters are full, and generally make sure people are having a good time! Servers are expected to dress appropriately, and to be polite and courteous.

Artist Host

The Artist Hosts welcome our Festival artists to their performance space and cater to their needs behind the scenes by serving snacks, helping with costume changes, or even directing them to the best spots in Guelph to take a break. The Artist Hosts enjoy a unique perspective on the performance, as they are able to sit-in on the rehearsal and be in the wings for the performance. This position requires a high level of maturity, and familiarity with the performance spaces is an asset.
