One 6 week (approx) position for a total of 198 hrs start date end of June.

This individual will work closely with the Outreach Manager to help oversee our summer camp program. They will be assisting with the recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer camp counsellors. They will assist in supervision of campers during all sessions and leading programming outside of art sessions. They will assist in organizing registrations and compiling feedback from attendees. They will assist in set up and tear down of camp as needed as well be an additional point of contact for parents/guardians of campers. Ideally this person should have a passion for working with children and the arts. General office duties include answering the phone, filing and data entry.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous administrative experience in an office environment. Enrolment in or completion of post-secondary degree in Arts or Office Administration an asset.
