Purchasing Tickets
Please notify the River Run Centre Box Office at 519-763-3000 if you require spaces for a support person, service animal, or mobility devices, such as a wheelchair or scooter. Our venues have designated spaces to accommodate persons using mobility devices and their support person. Spaces for support persons in these areas are provided free of charge.

Venues
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all venues are fully accessible to people with disabilities. As this is not always possible, Guelph Dance will make information about venue accessibility explicit in our communication materials. You can find additional information about each venue and its accessibility on each Festival event page.

Service Animals
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public.

Support Person(s)
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a certified support person is welcome to have that person accompany them free of charge at Guelph Dance events.

Notice of Temporary Disruption to Accessible Services
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to accessible events or services, Guelph Dance will notify customers promptly. This notice will be posted on our website and at the venue and will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.

Notice of Availability
Guelph Dance will notify the public that our policies are available upon request by posting them on your website and having them available at our office.

Modifications to This or Other Policies
Any policy of Guelph Dance that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified or removed.

Staff Training
Guelph Dance will provide training to employees, volunteers, and others who deal with the public or other third parties on our behalf. Training will also be provided to people involved in the development of policies, plans, practices, and procedures related to the provision of our goods and services.
